Heather Ferris, Bluegrass Singer/Songwriter

The Rusty Bucket Pluckers is a family band made up of Heather, Bob and Dylan Ferris. The name was created one morning at the breakfast table when Dylan and Heather first started out playing together in 2004. It certainly gets the attention of people and it's a real tongue twister if you say it too fast...it might also get you into trouble so watch what you say!

Heather Ferris: Playing 6-string guitar and stand up bass..but not at the same time! Lead and harmony vocals.
Dylan Ferris (12 years old): Playing mandolin, guitar, banjo (sometimes) and occasionally singing lead or harmony.
Bob Ferris: Playing 5 string banjo. He is also the driver of the van for most of the gigs and can boast being the tallest member of the band!

She has been singing since a young child, and began writing songs 15 years ago. After performing some of her songs live, many fans asked her if she had a recording of them, so she decided to get into recording her songs.
