Building Permit Values 2006
Building permit data reveals, that of the $34,400.00 total building permit value for 2006, ($9,400.00) being improvments ot village properties and the remainder ($25,000.00) was a result of residential renovations or additions.
Industrial, Commercial and Development Property Inventory
There are approximately 15 hectares (40 acres) of serviced Crown Land adjacent to Highway 16. Of this total, 35 acres are zoned light industrial and the remaining 5 could be used commercially. The cost of this land is $30,000 per acre. Connecting to services will cost an additional $2,000 - $3,000.
