Communities and Collaboration!
Marketing the exciting opportunities and qualities of our region takes collaboration.
To create the Stuart Nechako eCommunity that celebrates the diversity of our region the organizations that comprise REDI are also working in partnership with:
The College of New Caledonia has made their computer labs in Vanderhoof and Fort St. James available to us for training volunteer community writers and website support. FLESS has made their computer lab available to us as well for training in Fraser Lake.
The Districts of Fort St James and Vanderhoof and the Village of Fraser Lake have contributed additional funding and resources to ensure our communities can work together to promote our region.
REDI also received a $10 000 grant from Smart Choices Society, a branch of the Ministry of Community Services, to develop the Stuart Nechako eCommunity. Our region is 1 of 6 sites that received a grant.
